Exchange Policy

Wrong size, not wrong choice. Swap it in 5 days.

You can exchange your shoes for a different size within 5 days of delivery. To start an exchange, just message us on WhatsApp and our team will guide you through the next steps.

A few things to keep in mind:

• "Unworn" means you haven't used the shoes outside since delivery — they should stay in the same preloved condition and grading they arrived in.
• Please keep the original Krift tag attached. Exchanges without the tag may not be accepted.
• Exchanges are only for size.
• Your new size depends on what's currently in stock. If it's not available, we'll let you know your options.
